Cancellation Policy

Haus Nautica is a quaint Beach House Rental property. Due to our size and the fact that we do not overbook like large hotels cancellations and changes made to arrival and departure dates affect us significantly.

We understand that things happen and you may need to cancel,
Please read and understand our cancellation policy:

No cancellations on holiday weekends.

If you need to cancel your stay with us, after having made payment, we will do our best to Rebook you at a later time.

If this does not work for you, and you cancel

Within 1 month of your stay you will recieve a Full refund, minus a $75 administrative fee.

Within 2-3 weeks of your stay you will be charged 50% of your stay.

Less than 1 week, of your anticipated arrival you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
